Welcome Tatiana Tsay

WindowDressers is pleased to welcome Tatiana Tsay as our new volunteer treasurer, and express our gratitude to interim treasurer David Kadonoff for stepping in to the role this past year after Karl Kehler’s passing. Thank you David, for your generosity with your time and expertise!

Tatiana is highly respected in the field of accounting, and brings over ten years of experience in finance. Tatiana explained her interest in working with WindowDressers: “I was looking for options to volunteer as a board member of a non-profit organization since I always wanted to contribute my financial expertise to a good cause but didn’t have a chance to do it in the past. The mission and operations of WindowDressers resonated with me and inspired me to apply.”

Originally from Russia, Tatiana married a Mainer and moved here to participate in an exchange program at Colby College. She previously worked at Bath Iron Works analyzing subcontractors’ proposals. More recently, she worked with a small, fast-growing manufacturing firm in Lewiston that grew from 50 employees to over 120 while she was there. Her current job is with Martin’s Point, where she works there as an Internal Controls Manager.

Tatiana said, “I’ve learned about WindowDressers only recently, but I feel passionate about the mission of the organization. Its operational model seems simply brilliant as it simultaneously addresses all aspects of the mission: building community, reducing pollution, and helping with socio-economic issues by cutting heating bills and improving the quality of life. I care about all of these components and would love to bring my financial competences to help the organization to advance and expand sustainably.”
